OPEN LETTER TO CHRISTINE GREEN
Thank you for arranging for a member of your staff to go through thirty years of my medical files. I have copies of these files, including the feeble apology off you all those years ago. Remember? However, my requests to arrange this appointment have been ignored. We both know that my E.N.T. complaint was whitewashed don’t we? Despite other E.N.T. specialists arranging surgery, your E.N.T. specialists have reported finding the same health problems but then changed their mind and discharged me. Since my discharge I have been diagnosed with a rare genetic condition. I have documented the pain and unnecessary suffering that YOUR neglect has caused me. You are wholly responsible for every single patient/person at that hospital. These are real people not N.H.S. numbers. This is a hospital isn’t it? I have an appointment to see Dr Karagama again on the 7th December… to be continued
